The core business of a nidhi company is borrowing and lending money among its members with in the prameters laid by the regulating outhorities Reserverve bank of india and ministry of corporate affairs .The statutory regulations plays an important role in securing the interests of each shareholder/member. However the business of the nidhi company is limited among the shareholders/members only.They are also known as permanent fund,benefit fund, mutal benefit funds and mutual benefit company.
